A bespoke massage, tailor-made for your needs and concerns following your consultation: this can include concentrating on the back, or the scalp, legs, up to full body massage.  Using a mixture of Swedish, lymph drainage, deep tissue and healing techniques to leave you feeling wonderful.

A massage including pressure on specific points of the feet to relieve stress and tension, whilst stimulating the nervous system which gives positive effects on immune response, blood flow and general wellbeing.

A massage which gives light pressure to stimulate the lymph vessels to move fluid around the body, which removes toxins and can reduce swelling.
